Last year my dad bought me a G E A735 digital camera. I had been through a particularly difficult couple of years and money for the whole family was very tight. But when he was able, my dad bought me a camera because he knows I’ve always been interested in photography and if I cuold have captured the look of pleasure on his face when he gave it to me it would be worth millions!
Unfortunately, a few months ago, I dropped the camera and broke it completely. I was devastated because of the sentimental attachment but had no insurance on it. I also could not find a repair centre that could fix it.
This is when my fiancee sent the camera to G E themselves as we had nothing to lose. Within a very short space of time, they simply replaced the camera with a brand new one – no questions – no fuss!
What a top company!!
